This is a very nice high quality exercise ball. I bought this for a different reason then most. I have an adult daughter, Catie, who has angelman syndrome. She is non ambulatory and needs stretching and working with so her muscles don't tighten up. It is also good to help her with her balance.This ball is perfect for this. I love that it is anti burst. We have had other balls that did not hold up to her. She isn't very big, only about 130 pounds. It has sort of a sticky like texture plus ridges to help keep traction when using it. This comes with everything you need to use it and to keep it going. To buy an excercise ball you should figure what size to get by your height.
